Q1. What currency do you use on your website?

 A. All transactions performed on this website are completed in USD regardless of your country of origin 


Q2. Has my order shipped yet?  What is the status of my order?:

 A. Your account will have all of the information relating to your order.  Here is how to view the status: 

1. Click on the "My Account" button located at the top right corner of this page.
2. Under the section "My Orders", click on the "Review Orders/Track Packages" link.
3. Now click on the "View or Change Order" button to the right of the order info.
4. All up to date info relating to that order will be listed at the top of the screen under "Order Status" and "Order Comments".

 

Q3. How long will it take to receive my order?
 
A. Please be sure to read and understand our Shipping Policy and the approximate shipping times provided. Keep in mind that the delivery times provided are only approximations of the average shipping times to your area and are based on working days (Mondays to Fridays), NOT calander days. We do not pull, process or ship orders on weekends.  Regardless of shipping option, please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours to process (clear payment, pull & pack) prior to shipping.   
 
USPS Postal Airmail: 5 to 12 Business Days
NOTE: AP/AE/AA and outlying states/territories such as Guam, Hawaii, Palau, American Samoa, Micronesia, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands & Marshall Islands may experience significant delays in shipping times. We strongly recommend that you contact us prior to ordering if you have requirements or concerns with delvery times for your order. Delivery times can range anywhere from 12 to 28 business days to these destinations.

Q4. I notice that your website pricing is in USD, but I can't find anywhere to convert it into my home currency. How do I know what the final cost will be? 

A. All pricing on the website is in USD (United States Dollars). If you live outside of the USA and do not have a USD credit card, your credit card service provider will convert the value charged upon checkout into your home/banking currency. This conversion rate is based on the value of the US dollar in comparison to your home/bank currency for that day/moment of transaction. This conversion rate will be posted to your credit card statement along with the converted value payable. You can also contact your credit card service provider to find their up to date currency conversion rates prior to ordering.
 

 
Q5. The charge on my credit card seems to be more than the billed amount?
 
A. Our processes and systems are governed by CISP and PCI regulations. We can not and do not charge more than the exact amount that you agreed to pay at the time of your order placement. If you have incurred an additional expense, it is because your credit card service provider has imposed an international transaction fee over and above your order total. Unfortunately, this practice is becoming increasingly popular among leading U.S. banks. If you are unsure of your banks policies on international transactions you should contact your card issuing bank for further information.
 
Q6. How do I know if an item is in stock and what is your policy if I order an item that is not available?

A. When you have decided which item(s) you are interested in purchasing, just click on the "add to cart" button next to the desired item. You will then be taken to a separate screen with more information on the item.  From there you must select the desired size for your item from the drop down list shown. When you click on this list, you will be shown the list of sizes for the product available.  If you place an order for an item which shows to be "in stock" but is subsequently determined to be unavailable for shipping, your order details will be updated and you will be given the option to proceed as follows:
 
If the item is sold out and no longer available from the manufacturer:
1. Your credit card will automatically be refunded in full for any missing item(s) and the remainder of your order will ship as selected.  
 
If the item is temporarily on back order with the manufacturer, your account/order status will be updated with the details including the ETA for the arrival of the backordered item(s) and you may proceed with any one of the following options:
1. You may choose to leave the item(s) on backorder and the product will ship immediately upon our receipt of the item(s) from the manufacturer.
2. You may choose to receive an in-store credit for the full value of the missing item(s).
3. You may choose to have a full refund applied to your payment at any time (prior to the date of shipment).
 
 

Q7. How do I know what size I need?

A. Sizes vary according to the location in which the apparel is manufactured. North American sizes are tradionally larger than those from international destinations. For example, Brazilian sizes tend to be one size smaller than North American sizing.  Therefore, if you normally wear a North American Large, you would select a Brazilian XL instead.  Sizes are measured from armpit to armpit when sizing for Hoodies and sweatshirts. For pants and shorts, the sizing is measured around the waist in inches. For T-Shirts the sizing is shown according to chest sizing and for rash guards the sizing is based on body weight. When chosing your apparel online, it is important to refer your sizing (with a tape measure) to an item which you already own. Choose an item which fits you comfortably and is indicative to how you would like your new item to fit. Compare your size to the sizes availble for the item you wish to purchase. It is important to keep in mind that when purchasing Cotton weave apparel, it is not uncommon for items to shrink as much as 10% after a few wash cycles. You may want to consider ordering one size larger if necessary.

T-shirts/Tank Tops (All measurements are approximations. Length and width vary slightly between manufacturers and country of origin):

Medium: Chest 41" (104 cm) / Length: 29" (73 cm)
Large: Chest 44" (112 cm) / Length: 30" (76 cm)
XL: Chest 45" (114 cm) / Length: 31" (78 cm)
XXL: Chest 47" (120 cm) / Length: 31" (78 cm)

Hoodies/Sweatshirts (Because the fitting of hoodies and sweatshirts vary significantly and depend primarily on the wearers own personal tastes, the following sizes are measured from armpit to armpit while the items is laid out on a flat surface. All measurements are approximations. Length and width vary slightly between manufacturers and country of origin.)

Medium: Width 23" (58 cm) / Length: 25" (64 cm)
Large: Width 25" (64 cm) / Length: 27" (69 cm)
XL: Width 27" (69 cm) / Length: 29" (74 cm)

Rashguards (All measurements are approximations. Length and width vary slightly between manufacturers and country of origin):

Medium: 63-72kg 140-160lb
Large: 72-81kg 160-180lb
XL: 81-95kg 180-210lb
XXL: 96kg+ 211lb+

IMPORTANT: MMA Gear Pimp will not assume responsibilty for item sizes purchased in error. If an item is purchased which does not fit (too large/too small) please follow the Return Policy
to return/exchange your items for the correct size.



Q8. I purchased a shirt from you. It fit me fine when I received it but after I washed it shrunk and now is too small for me. Can I return it for an exchange.

A.
No. We will only accept returns and exchanges for product in its original manufacturer package in an unused, unwashed and unworn condition (with all tags intact). Please review our Return Policy for more information. If you have any doubts regarding the sizing of your item when you receive it, it is highly recommended that you return the item to us immediately to exchange for an appropiate size. Note: All cotton products will shrink upon washing. To reduce shrinkage, wash only in cold water and hang to dry. Do not place in the dryer.


Q9. I placed an order with you last week and I just realized that I used the wrong "Ship To" information. Can you re-send me another order to my correct address?

 
A. No. You are responsible to ensure that the correct mailing address is provided at the time of your order placement. We can only re-ship a replacement order once the original order has been returned to us as undeliverable. Also, you will be liable to cover any shipping expenses to have your mail re-addressed and shipped to you once again. Alternately, you may choose to re-purchase the items once again using the correct mailing address and when the original order is returned to us your account will be refunded in full (minus shipping). If you notice that you have made an error on the order form, please contact us immediately as we may have enough time be able to adjust it before it is sent. Please note however, that we assume no responsibility to post correct any order after submission at any time.
  

Q10. I placed my order last week and it's still not here yet. Can you send me another order or refund my money?:
 
A. Please be sure to read and understand our Shipping Policy and the approximate shipping times provided. Keep in mind that the delivery times provided are only approximations of the average shipping times to your area and are based on working days (Mondays to Fridays), not calander days. Also, please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours to process (clear payment, pull & pack) prior to shipping. Note: We insure all orders against loss or damage during shipping. In the unlikely event that your item does not reach you, we will process a claim with the courier/postal service on your behalf. Important: There are waiting times and policies imposed by the postal/courier services that we must comply with before we can initiate a claim. Once the postal/courier service has completed their investigation into the missing shipment, we will immediately ship you a replacement order.
