How do I return an item?


1. We are happy to accept returns on any product in its original manufacturer package in an unused, unwashed and unworn condition (with all tags intact) for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. A full refund will be applied to your account (less shipping) upon receipt of your return. Sorry, for Hygenic reasons there are absolutely no returns on Protective Cups and Supports, Compression shorts, Cryogel or ABC Skin Care products.

NOTE: All items returned for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
 
VERY IMPORTANT: You MUST notify us via email of your intent to return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt, by using the email address provided on this page (See below). Also, you MUST follow the return procedures in their entirety as they are emailed to you.  Failure to comply with these conditions completely may result in the denial of your return and/or refund.  

3. Refunds cannot be made under any circumstances until the goods have been returned to us and the return has been processed and approved.

4. We are unable to receive any returns where an amount owing is due (i.e. duties, taxes, COD etc...). All items received where an amount owing is due, will be refused and returned to sender. Please be sure to follow the returns procedure carefully to avoid this problem.

5. All Refunds will be applied within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.

Email returns@MMAGearPimp.com to notify us that you would like to return an item for refund. Once your email is received, you will receive an automated response within a few minutes including detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Exchanges:

1. If you would like to exchange for another item, please follow the normal returns process above and simply place a new order for the correct product.


 
 
Defective Goods, Damaged Goods & Goods Received in Error:

1. In the instance that goods are received in a damaged condition, you must apply for an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. We will ONLY exchange for the same brand, model and size. If an alternate size or item is required, it is considered a return or exchange.

2. All returned goods must be in an unused condition, and in the case of DVD's, must remain unopened. Sorry, for Hygenic reasons there are absolutely no returns on Protective Cups and Supports, Mouth Guards, Compression shorts, Cryogel or Skin Care products. Product must be sealed, showing no signs of wear, and in the original manufacturer package with all tags intact. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the denial of exchange.  Note: All defective items MUST be returned to us for inspection prior to any approval for exchange.  Any Items returned which have been used in any way will not be approved for exchange under any circumstance and will be returned at your expense.
 
3. IMPORTANT: We warranty all items to be in new condition and free of defect prior to use.  MMAGearPimp.com cannot be liable for subsequent damage, shrinkage, fading of color, etc...  As per our return policy, once washed or used in any way, the item is not eligible to be returned or exchanged.  Any issues arising after use are considered to be a manufacturer defect which may or may not be warrantied by the manufacturer.  We strongly recommend careful inspection of all equipment PRIOR to use and notfy us immediately if you feel an issue may arise.  All issues arising after any use should be tendered directly with the manufacturer.  If you require assistance reaching the manufacturer, please feel free to send us an email and we will be happy to forward you the contact info.
